Recently refurbished to a good standard. Excellent value for money. A range of comfortable, clean, and functional rooms differing in size/price. Showers excellent, no cooked breakfast but for the price this is no criticism. Manager was pleasant and helpful, good pub (Crown) 10 mins walk away. Lemon Tree is a great base from which to explore the many attractions in the area. Parking excellent.

This is a very nice small hotel with about 7 rooms. The rooms a very comfortable but for me the beds were to soft. Everything was very clean and tidy with everything we needed, from tea, coffee and hot chocolate to a hair dryer. All was very well presented and there was two large bottles of water for making tea and coffee plus smaller bottles for drinking which was a nice touch The WiFi was very good so no connection problems. It's location is great for walks and visiting the beach which is not too far away. Definitely great value staying here Service: 4
