Been in a few times now. Nicest place to sit and have a cuppa in jarrow... And for the price, you might as well have a bit of cake too... I've had the chocolate cake, the cheese cake, toasties, jackets and other things(over different visits) and everything has always been lovely. The girls are friendly and helpful and the shop itself is charming. Cosy and just far enough out of the way that it's a peaceful spot. I used to only ever stop for a cuppa in jarrow if I was desperate or with people who insisted on sitting for a drink... As I'm not a fan of many eateries in the precinct... But, now I stop every time. I really do like this shop and their cheesecake is ruining my diet!

Lovely staff very friendly and helpful , ham and Brie toastie was lush and the homemade strawberry cheesecake was to die for :) good coffee and hot chocolate as well !
