We've always enjoyed our food from here but on the last 2 occasions over a 4 month period I've been very disappointed. Just got the salt and pepper beef and it didn't even taste of beef because the thin strips of meat we cooked to a crisp. They were so hard we couldn't even eat them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt last time but I'm afraid I won't be going back there anymore. Definitely not as good as they used to be...

Terry must've had Covid at the time and lost his sense of taste & smell as I've been eating here for the last 2yrs and it's never wavered in the cuisine. Excellent food & service, long shall you reign!

A truly excellent take-away, Currys, Chop-suey, Chow mein and even their Singapore Noodles are superb! and their service and demeanor is 1st-rate I really couldn't rate Ling Yan higher.
