came in to get a pizza, usually little caesers has great pizza regardless of being left in a warming oven. we got it stale and hard literally like it was left out overnight. we brought it back and the guy blamed it on us saying its cause we went home with it, it got cold. how does a 15 minute drive make a pizza stale, rock hard, cold. the guy at the front was so stuck up and refused to do something about it until we mentioned bringing this up to his boss. on top of that he touched our pizza and still refused to give us a new one! how the hell does a pizza get cold in a hot car Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a pizza and I can tell it’s been sitting out for hours. Not to mention prices were raised as well. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The main draw of Little Caesars pizza for me is their Hot & Ready options, this store never has Hot & Ready pizzas available. Even if you decide to wait for a pizza, the crust is dry and hard and toppings are flat and flavorless. Some of these problems could be blamed on the franchise, but the service is even worse. The staff is rude and slow and act like I'm inconviencing them by trying to buy their product. So, do them a favor and don't bother. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20
