I placed an order through the Little Caesars app for delivery. Our pizza arrived about 45 minutes after it left the store (although we are only about 15 minutes away) and it was absolutely COLD. It turns out that their delivery is handled by DoorDash. There was no mention on their website or app that they don't have their own delivery and instead use DoorDash. I immediately reached out to DoorDash/Little Caesars support to let them know of the slow delivery and stone cold pizza, and I was told that I would get a full refund back to my credit card within 16 business days as this isn't a service standard that they strive for. After waiting that long and not getting the refund, I followed up with DoorDash/Little Caesars support, who said they would escalate the refund and reprocess it (and I'd have to wait another 16 business days for it to appear back on my credit card). Waited that amount of time again - and nothing was refunded. I followed up a third time with DoorDash/Little Caesars support and was told the same thing again...they would escalated the refund and reprocess it and would have to wait another 16 business days for it to be sent back to my credit. Now, over two months later, I still have not received a refund of any amount back to my credit card. I called the Little Caesars store today to see if they could help or at least expedite things on their end (after all, the charge on my credit card says "Little Caesars" and not DoorDash) - but the store manager said that there is nothing they can (or will) do to help me and that my only option is to keep contacting DoorDash/Little Caesars support to ask them to reprocess the refund, again. I will never order from Little Caesars ever again. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

I have to say,i did not enjoy that deep dish supreme pizza at all it was undercooked. The buffalo wings were also under cooked & i had to cook them in the air fryer. i will not be ordering from little caesers again Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I usually love Little Caesars pizza. Given that I almost spent $40 on a delivery, I was shocked at the lack of quality and care in this order. Don’t order delivery from this location. Nothing that I ordered came hot. Placed an order for a large size “Founder’s Pizza”. Usually most pizza places would offer a cardboard insert under the pizza to absorb some of the grease, oil, sauce, etc. The bottom of the box got so wet, it actually broke in one spot. Not sure if that happened at the store or during delivery, but it could’ve been avoided. Next, usually pizzas in boxes would come with a plastic insert for the middle to prevent the pizza from sticking to the top of the box and being squished from items stacked on top of it. There was also a break in the top of the box as well. Long story short, upon opening the box, it was a terrible experience. It looked so messy and unprofessional and unappetizing. I won’t be ordering again. Not to mention the food safety concerns of having a box with multiple breaks in it, potentially making contact with multiple people, surfaces, delivery bags, etc. Save your money and go somewhere else.
