As always, service and good top notch. We loved each dish and selection of soft drinks and great desserts too. Recommended for a chilled out evening with friends after a very hot week! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a really nice early evening meal on a sunny Saturday. We were a party of 4, everyone chose 2 small plates, each different, all of them beautifully presented and really tasty. Cuisine is a curious mix of Italian and Spanish with a bit of an Asian twist, with really good seafood and vegetarian options. Service is attentive but discreet, chairs are comfortable, the music not too loud so you can have a decent conversation. I used to visit La Scala on my way home but recently have found the conversations between staff to be quite negative towards the establishment and distracting. The atmosphere at Loafer has been much better so I will be returning.
