Standard has dropped a bit as it used to be epic. They changed the garlic sauce a while ago which is a shame Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5

We had food from this supposed establishment tonight and when we got home they had gave us a mouldy bread bun which my son had started to eat before we realised. We then rang the shop and told them what had happened they said to come and get more food which we clearly didn’t want the offered us a refund. We then traveled back to Loftus chippy to then be offered just a new bread bun by the lady who worked in there. We didn’t want the bread bun as for obvious reasons didn’t want any more of the there food. When we declined this the then lady called us scammers and only offered us a half refund when on the phone we were offered full won’t be going back again terrible food and even worse customer service Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
