I frequently go to the London apprentice as it is so well situated by the river, with a lovely atmosphere. Sometimes there’s live music and the new renovations makes it feel even better. Stand out service from Ayla as she is always chatty, positive and efficient with service! The food is good but always takes an extremely long time to arrive. This is something that could improve as we are often waiting for 30-45 minutes for food to arrive. This feels like an error from the kitchen as the waiting staff are always efficient. Similarly we have had issues before with waiting for drinks as well. This is often due to lack of staff in shift but recently this seems to have improved! Overall I love the London apprentice and due to its location and proximity I will continue to go here! There just needs a bit of improvement to speed of service! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

It’s especially lovely to hear your kind words about Ayla. We’ll be sure to pass them on to her, as we know she’ll really appreciate your recognition of her friendly, positive, and efficient service. We’re sorry, however, to hear about the delays with your food and drinks. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait 30–45 minutes, particularly when the front-of-house team are doing their best to provide attentive service. We’re continuing to work with our kitchen and wider team to improve the speed and consistency of service.Thank you again for your continued support and for highlighting where we can improve. We’re so pleased you’ll continue to visit us, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon and providing an even better experience.Team LA
