I’m never one to be a negative nancy, but when theres syrup all over my food spilt in the bag and its a waste of money in which i had to chuck its seriously disappointing. This food place is usually up to high standards, and really tasty, however today was NOT it. Syrup from the pineapple fritters spilt all over my food, left the bag dripping up the stairs heading into my accommodation which causes health and safety, and the food was inedible due to this. Usually its okay but today’s was NOT it. Not to mention they ignored my instructions about the driver needing to ring me as theyre not allowed past reception due to security/concierge. Disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered from lotus house for the first time food was amazing plenty for the four of us and delivery driver was very friendly and polite 5 stars to him as well
