I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Lovely Sweets Saddletown. This place is often considered one of the best, but what I recently discovered was very upsetting. They use the same oil to fry both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. While they do confirm this if you explicitly ask, they do not inform customers upfront. Yes, we are aware that they serve non-vegetarian food. However, if you are also selling items labeled or assumed to be vegetarian (like samosas or spring rolls), there must be clear communication about how they are prepared. Without proper disclosure, customers are easily misled into believing they are consuming purely vegetarian food. As someone who follows a vegetarian diet for religious and cultural reasons, this was deeply hurtful. I have been eating their food trusting it to be vegetarian, which turned out not to be the case. At the very least, there should be clear signage or labeling so customers can make informed choices. Transparency is not optional when it comes to food—it’s a responsibility. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary changes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

this is by far the worst restaurant I have ever visited.the lady working at the front is so rude. She overcharged me when I showed her she yelled at me for disrespecting her.pls do not bother coming here even the owner is filled with ego.
