Really sad experience, so my wife and I had a free Monday together thought we won't give our money to the big chains we go to family ones. O DEAR NOT SO GOOD we arrived and paid for our lunch 30 mins later no sign of it, asked a waitress for an update and told approx 5 mins another 15 mins and nothing so went to the lovely young man at the front who gave us all the sympathy and said he find out.... Apparently we were informed our meala went to someone else, not sure about that as we watched every meal come out. Anyway we kept it very civil and the owner did pass apologies but really poor show, when in 45 mins does a server not question why a customers is sitting looking in to space? The whole experience was pretty poor show, and what a sad thing to happen on our day out. There was a lot of people waiting a Long time for thier meals and even we noticed people who arrived after us we served. I think attention to detail is needed and better staff training. We did get a refund. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
