Booked this restaurant for 10 of us for my Mum's birthday. Have been past few years and it has always been lovely. Unfortunately on this occasion we were left very disappointed by the length of time we had to wait for our food. For those of us not having starters we were waiting well over an hour. No one at any point made any apology for this. We asked for some more drinks when the food eventually came and an ice cream for the toddler in the party. Again we had to wait and had to chase these up eventually. The restaurant was empty but we noticed the takeaway service was very busy. It would seem that was prioritised and we were forgotten about. Safe to say we will not be rushing back after this experience. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
