Had a lovely afternoon at the Baby Shower with a delicious afternoon tea! So pleased with the Beatrix Potter themed cake too. Highly recommended!!!

Called in here with my husband and what a find! Quaint little tea room, friendly staff who serve you with a smile and promptly. Food choices are all home made. I had the Quiche with salad and home made coleslaw, my hubby had the soup. Both were delicious, followed by Rasberry roulade (which in me asking the young waitress recommended) and lemon meringue, which were divine. You can also buy quiches, pasties etc to take out. My hubby treated me and made a little purchase of a vintage milk and sugar bowl that I liked in a display cabinet. The only negative I can find, is that the tables are a little close together making it feel a little cramped, but that didn't spoil our visit. There is a garden outside, which has tables I believe and hopefully we will come again on a sunnier day and get the chance to enjoy it! Thank you for making our visit an enjoyable one.
