I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an employee named Jaskaran at this McDonald’s location. When I arrived to pick up an order, Jaskaran was unnecessarily rude and displayed very poor behavior. Instead of assisting professionally, he spoke in a disrespectful manner and made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Employees represent the company, and behavior like this reflects badly on the restaurant. Customers and delivery drivers should never be treated with disrespect. I strongly encourage management to review this employee’s conduct and provide proper customer service training or take corrective action if necessary. This was one of the worst experiences I have had while picking up an order. Meal type: Dinner

I would like to bring a serious concern to the attention of management regarding an employee named Jaskaran. During my visit to pick up an order, Jaskaran demonstrated extremely poor customer service. He was rude, unprofessional, and appeared unwilling to assist. His attitude was disrespectful and completely unacceptable for someone working in a customer-facing position. As a delivery driver, I interact with many restaurant employees daily, and this was one of the most negative experiences I have encountered. Employees should treat customers and delivery partners with courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy the restaurant may be. I urge management to investigate this matter and address Jaskaran’s behavior appropriately so that future customers and drivers do not have to experience the same treatment. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
