Absolutely disgusting food. Wish my daughter had actually read the reviews before she ordered from this place. Cost over £50 for 4 pastas the size of an appetiser and all were swimming in oil. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1

Never order 'mac shack' by bella italia. Im not a fussy eater, but this was genuinly one of the worst takeaways ive ever had. The pasta does indeed arrive cold (thanks to a cardboard container) and when you open it at this stage its turned to a lumpy mash potato consistency with no flavour besides the cold grilled cheese on the top. Even after trying to microwave it the pasta is awful. Do not spend money here, literally just buy a £1 ready meal mac and cheese - at least it will be hot and youll save £8

Avoid!! We ordered two different meals and both were cold, lumpy and mushy. One meal was just cheese on pasta - the spring onions were missing. Both were undercooked, but overcooked on top. So so disappointed.
