I came here to celebrate my birthday. When I arrived there was a balloon attached to a tea cup and the table was beautifully set. The surroundings were unique with hats and Alice in Wonderland memorabilia. The food was excellent and the hostess was lovely ( sorry I forgotten her name ). She could not do enough for us. Will definitely be going again xx

Amazing service, staff lovely. Food also incredible with so much selection , spoilt for choice! Reasonably priced , overall a lovely few hours spent and would highly recommended

Madhatters in Kimberley is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into such a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and valued. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and it’s clear that a lot of love goes into creating such a lovely space. The food is incredible – everything is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. And the cakes are honestly something special. Not only do they look stunning, but they taste just as amazing as they look. What really makes Madhatters stand out though is the owner. She is so caring, passionate, and genuinely invested in what she does. You can tell this isn’t just a business to her – it’s something she truly loves, and that passion shines through in every detail. If you’re looking for somewhere with amazing food, beautiful cakes, and a welcoming atmosphere, Madhatters is the perfect place. Highly recommend!
