Is a no for me , dirty environment and the food doesn’t taste right Chinese drypot taste sweet rather than spicy , taste like Korean pot really ! 4 or 4.5 I think is fair enough here for those used to a more formal atmosphere. Otherwise, the food at Magic Taste House is fantastic for the price, and my friends and I love going for a casual meal at lunch (where they have a deal) or dinner, especially as they’re one of the only places that stay open late! The food is fantastic as shown in the photos, pictured here are the mixed seafood rice, homemade-style chicken and the Dongpo pork. Also really good was the milk tea, perfectly sweetened as most places do miss the mark.The bill came to £40 with service charge, and we always get a nice seat at a spacious table. Only detractor is that the restaurant is a bit dark and outdated on the inside. But with what’s detailed above - really can’t complain. Come for a casual meal with authentic Chinese food at fair prices. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
