The food here is really good and vegan friendly, cooked just the way I like it. It's also good for you without having a protein and without extra sugars and fatty oils. Plus, the ladies work really hard so that's a good thing. It's nice and worth checking out. Edit: food is Vegan Empanada and crispy sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, and onions.

Got a chicken empanada and it was ok, however $8 for a small pastry I expected it filled with chicken but was mixed with other things. For a snack not worth the money.

Our Empanadas are a great snack and excellent value since our pastry is made with Sourdough organic flour and our Chicken is white meat only and is certified organic , the highest quality chicken in Ontario. They are truly a great value since the ingredients are of the highest quality you can buy and we use only extra virgin olive oil. Thank you for your review .

Great spot for guacamole, salsas, empanadas and arepas. Hot and fresh empanadas and arepas for a quick snack, and I get fresh paella on Fridays/Saturdays. Lots of spices too and frozen butter puff pastry, a little secret at the St. Lawrence Market!
