Shame they have no customer service skills and end the phone when you ring up to complain about getting your food wrong whilst not offering a solution. And then also ignoring your calls after when you try to ring again. Shame because the food is good when they get it right. Not the first time we’ve had an issue either after give them numerous chances we won’t be going back.
