Amazing guy had a great conversation, jusr went in as i was desperate to charge my phone, and the lad at the front was the most polite and friendly person i’ve met in a takeaway even though i didn’t get any food i had the best experience Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

I'm a regular at Masala Takeaway and have always been a fan of their food – it’s consistently been really good. But I had a bit of a concern with my last order. I found a small metal piece in the Chilli Chips, which looked like it could be part of a hairclip. I mentioned this to the takeaway, not looking for a refund, but to make sure they were aware. I felt my concerns weren’t fully heard, though they did respond with a refund offer. I thought it was worth mentioning because I really like this place and want to keep coming back. Just hoping this was a one-time thing and they’ll keep an eye out in the future. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
