Second visit to this restaurant. I was initially surprised by the menu change, with a clear shift towards Basque cuisine. It turned out Donostia is closed for renovations and so Maset is doing a collab with Donostia. The quality of the food is very good. The highlight was the Fillet steak, asparagus, pickled walnuts, peppercorn sauce: excellent! Full of flavour and the meat juicy. You must pair this dish with Hand cut fries with brava sauce which are outstanding, some of the best fries I have had in London. The starters were all good, especially the Courgette flower, ricotta and honey which was beautifully cooked. Didn’t to desserts but apparently the Basque cake is very good. Price per person: £70–80 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
