Amazing food and great service! I recently tried Master Wok and was blown away by the quality of their dishes. The curry bean curd was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice and flavor, making it one of the best I've had. Their prawn toast is also fantastic—crispy and full of flavor! I highly recommend both dishes to anyone looking for a delicious Chinese takeaway. The service was quick and friendly too. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon! Firstly I just want to say what a rude lady and I use the term lady loosely!!
Food took 2 hours to come and came cold and burnt.
Called the restaurant after an hour and a half of waiting to be told the driver was on his way. Called after a further 20 minutes and was told the driver was 2 minutes away. 10 minutes later the driver arrived.
The food was over cooked , the salt and pepper chicken didn’t even look like salt and pepper chicken. The food was cold and looked like it had been fried for too long or refried, either way was vile.
Called the restaurant and just wanted to advise them of my experience as have been a customer for a while and this was not of their usual standard and the woman was very irate with me telling me they where only cooking the food at the point I called to chase despite them telling me the driver was on his way. But this still was an hour and a half after the order had been placed which in no way is acceptable for a Thursday night. When the woman got irate I said do you not want to hear feedback from your customers and she told me she didn’t want my custom and to not order again, her words where if your not happy don’t order again before bluntly putting the phone down.
No appreciation for regular customers whatsoever, definitely will not be returning my business.
