Honestly, this has become the worst McDonald's – Festival Leisure Park I’ve visited. I tried to handle this privately first by emailing the site manager twice — and received zero response. Not even an acknowledgement. That level of disregard for customers says everything about how this place is run. For nearly five months, the McFlurry machine has consistently been “not working.” Every visit, same excuse. At this point it’s beyond coincidence — it’s clearly just poor maintenance or poor management. It’s actually become a running joke in our family that we drive past and go to McDonald's – Pipps Hill Retail Park instead because they can actually serve what’s on the menu. Tonight’s service was just as disappointing — slow, disorganised, and staff who seem uninterested. Combined with management ignoring emails, it shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Five months of the same issues isn’t bad luck — it’s bad management. Avoid if you expect basic standards or the full menu to be available. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
