Appalling sadly as my experience with this establishment. I return hoping it will get better......but doesn't. Restaurants are often untidy tables not cleared and staff that appear not wanting to be there. Who's to blame them Price per person: £50–60

Had food again through drive though and got to say the food is appalling had a wrap of the day the lettuce was not fresh I had no cucumber in it or hardly any sauce there was more batter than chicken and when it came out it was freezing. All the staff are blimming kids iv been to loads of McDonald's but the neath abbey one is the worst I'm never eating here again I live in skewen but I rather drive all the way to Swansea by matalan to buy my McDonald's as it comes out hot fresh and with all the ingredients the staff are lovely I dont understand how that one can be much better than your one when it's all supposed to be the same I'm appalled and disgusted either close the neath abbey one or do something about it because it is awful. Hope management sorts this out . Please guys dont eat here neath abbey . No stars but had to click one as it dont post if you dont
