Ordered for table service. Waited 30 minutes and got no food. Went to till past seven waiting delivery drivers (all waiting for delivery orders) and a mass of waiting customers. Waited ten minutes with four staff walking past and ignoring me and other waiting customers - during which time not a single order went out to customers sat or stood in the restaurant. Then the manager who looked to be little more than a teenager gave me a refund and said they were short staffed. Two more customers behind me were also wanting refunds. It appeared that three teen staff stood by a screen loading bags for cars but not once did any of them apologise for the wait. It appeared to be commonplace and not bother these three staff in the slightest. Why take more and more orders when people have been waiting over 30 minutes in restaurant? No management or common sense whatsoever. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
