Several times I have visited , and on numerous occasions are orders have been wrong missing or cold. We'd decided to give it another go and reached disappointment. Not even an apology when I collected the correct order. Won't be visiting this actual MC DONALD'S again

Same inability to stack all of the ingredients as any other Mcdonald's but this time with a 20 minute wait. Chip pan alarms going off the entire time we were there, "child friendly" tablets making computer game noises, background music and loud staff making an almost unbearable symphony between them. The food took almost 20 minutes with one of the other guests showing a receipt that showed he had been waiting over 20 minutes (for a happy meal as part of his order). Just not sure I'll go back after this time. No sorry of apology offered when food did finally arrive. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never have frappe or ice cream nor any other products is this because they can not be bothered to switch on the machine or clean it a very busy McDonald's but staff are rude and always getting the orders wrong and always cold food
