I picked up a thali today for my mum..the chanas were hard and the dhal was disgusting, it looked like mori dhal not toor ne dhal. There was a mushy sweet... weren't able to decipher what it was as it was a mush n just extremely sweet and inedible. I'd rather have donated my money to charity then buy such a inedible thali! Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30

Service is very pathetic,they never ever ready to accept that they are wrong. I am also working in a renowned restaurant and I know very well how to treat customer. Bcos of there mistake we didn't had our meal. Worst staff, worst sevice and food must be smar if the service are so much pathetic.
