We have naans from them regularly and they are amazing always made fresh just while you are waiting! Also last time we ordered daal from them and it was amazing I was very happy ans surprised that it tasted so good without being overly oily or salty like usually im very happy with mehak food and service also their rice pudding is amazing too and their haleem my favourite dish and bear in mind im a white lady! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

I visited Mehak Grill House with two friends. It wasn’t my first time — I’ve been before and always enjoyed the food. Today was no different; the food was very nice, and I was going to leave a strong rating. However, towards the end of the meal, with around 7–8 minutes left to closing, a staff member came over without any warning or polite request, told me “time’s up,” and started packing away my table — including a half portion of chips I was still eating, which were simply thrown away. There was no attempt to check if I could finish up, or even a polite word. I didn’t make a fuss at the time, but I found it very rude and unprofessional. What was a very strong start to the evening was completely ruined by this one interaction. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
