I worked for this company for about three years.
Sixteen months with agency and eighteen months permanent contract

And I jumped on the pipe to snatch the pipe from her and she raised her middle finger towards me and said I will go to the manager. I then put my hand on her shoulder and said, "Well done, I'll go with you. She went to the manager and gave her statement against me. I also showed my wet clothes to the manager but the manager didn't pay much attention. Later the manager called me and took my statement. The next day when I went to work, the manager called me and said because of what happened yesterday The company suspends you.
I was shocked and wondered what happened to this girl ? The manager told me that at the moment only you are suspended and I was sent home at ten o'clock at night
This happened on the night of April 20, and on April 29 I had to appear before the HR
I thought HR would be a justice institution and I would get justice. But the next day the HR decision knocked the ground out from under my feet. When HR told that the company was firing you forever.
He also told me that you can appeal against this decision if you wish. My heart did not want to appeal but there was a hope that justice might be done.
Of course I would get justice if I was not a Muslim.Whatever happened was the punishment I received for being a Muslim. Well, I appealed. How can I explain what I was harassed in this appeal.
