Hello, First of all, thank your for your feedback. You order was carefully prepared collected from you and in line with our standards. After you contacted us claiming that the pizza was incorrect, did not contain meat, and had a garlic base. As a gesture of goodwill, we invited you to bring the pizza back to our store so we could inspect it and resolve the sur if there was any mistake on our part. However, the product was not brought back to us. We are confident that your order was prepared and serviced correctly. Despite this, we made every effort to offer a solution, but unfortunately, our request to review the product in person was not accepted. Our priority is always customer satisfaction.
