My stay at Middle Eight hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and perfectly located, but what truly made my experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to the head concierge Sebastian whose professionalism, local expertise, and personal attention to detail went far beyond my expectations. His recommendations helped us experience the very best of London. From restaurant recommendations to helping arrange local experiences, every suggestion was spot on and handled with genuine care. It felt as though nothing was too much trouble and his dedication made me feel like a valued guest throughout the stay. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
