Lovely restaurant to hold a special birthday party. I was able to decorate too. Michael was a very pleasant server and suggested selections when ladies couldn’t decide. Food was so tasty and I would definitely order my food choice again. Everyone commented on how delicious the food tasted. Thanks also to Abbey for her help too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Milestones had a standard and it’s dropped in all aspects over the years. Food was still at a good level. The dining room was 1/3 full and our server had 8 tables. I felt bad for her as she was running around and had to deal with some difficult and unhappy guests. However, the manager appeared to be clueless at how slow the service was. Server never came until 10 minutes in the booth, the wine we ordered was not brought to us until the mains were brought out, and our mains weren’t on the table for 30 minutes after the appetizer. Per purposefully did not go to the Ancaster location, which is closer to us, due to that locations drop in standards. However, it seems like there is a serious managerial issue within the milestones chain. I hope our server knows she was doing the best she could and she was tipped accordingly for her efforts. Atmosphere seemed dead for a Thursday late evening and definitely holding off for a few years again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100
