First time, last minute order on NYE. Wasn't expecting it to be on time or hot to be honest. Was very pleasantly surprised! Arrived earlier than expected. Burgers all individually wrapped in foil to stay hot. Ordered food for delivery was told £26.29 on the phone by a worker then sent a text with that price food was delivered driver then called saying he was here when he wasn’t and proceeded to tell me to walk to him when he got here he told me it was £29.29 opened food they had forgot the sauces I paid for and send me boned wings instead of boneless that was said on the phone when I called to complain someone said do I want my sauces sent even though delivery was 30 mins Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It seems there was some confusion over the order — our team understood you wanted a Millennium Chicken Burger, which is £3 less than the Dirty Burger Chicken Burger, hence the price difference. Once you confirmed the burger you wanted, the price was updated accordingly. Regarding the missing dips, you’re right — the BBQ and Sriracha sauces were missed by mistake. We did offer to send them out straight away, but the call was unfortunately disconnected. As for the wings, the issue with receiving boned wings instead of boneless was not mentioned during the 2nd call after you had received your delivery, otherwise we would’ve been more than happy to replace them for you.
