Used to order from here a lot, but the last two orders have been completely messed up. I ordered a kebab and chips. The kebab tasted undercooked, while some layers were burnt at the same time, and even the pitta bread was burnt. I specifically asked for it to be well done, but it didn’t seem like they understood or paid attention. On top of that, the customer service was very rude the person on the phone put the phone down on me. Really disappointed because this place used to be good, but it feels like the shop is going downhill now. Serving food like that is not acceptable. Won’t be returning. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered from these couple of days ago and spent quite a lot only to receive an order which was cold, chips must have been re heated from the night before and had just been sat there all day were all hard , the pitta on the kebab was so stale it was crumbling when I tried to pick it up , bap was the same so stale how they had the cheek to send out on order is unbelievable , the fish was soggy , we ended up binning the whole lot , a complete waste of money and abs disgusting this place should be closed down !! I would never ever order again !
