I made a trip to Milo Lounge as I had some time to kill while in Liverpool, and I looked for the latest stop in my Lounge Passport quest. It’s only a short bus ride from Liverpool One, although in traffic, it can take a lot longer, so do plan accordingly if doing the same trip. I liked the overall look and feel of the place; it felt very intimate, as I was sitting on a table right by the bar. There is also a small seating area outdoors on Lark Lane, ideal for a sunny day. Gluten-Free Menus are located on a separate table by the entrance, which had the usual extensive Loungers selection including brunch, burgers, fried chicken, sandwiches, tapas, curries and more. The staff at this location were friendly and trained well in allergies. The Manager, who took my order, seemed to have a passion for good customer service and the Loungers brand. We began chatting about my passport, my stops so far, and he also helped recommend my next one. I did originally plan to go for the soup and make use of their lunch offer, but I opted for the Gluten-Free Lounge Breakfast instead. This was customised to my liking, replacing the bacon with sausage, adding an extra egg and asking for both eggs poached. They did a really good job with my breakfast, making it look and taste good. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly, and the portion size was good. I also like how they paid care to each individual item on the breakfast, ensuring everything looked and tasted good, and was hot. I have had issues with the veg (tomato and mushroom) at other Lounges occasionally, but this didn’t happen here! Pricing was reasonable, and I noticed this one is slightly cheaper than the Loungers locations in the city centre, which was another big win. I would for sure make a special trip to return to this one just for the quality of food and service, it’s a great Lounge. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Allergies are well taken care of with a manager taking orders at the bar and a flag being placed in the food to mark it as taken care of.

First time here and really enjoyed it. The prices were excellent (particularly for a trendy area) and food was hot and fresh. Order on app or table side, comes quickly. On a warm day, the pink lemondade was lovely and tasted od raspberries and lemons, nothing artificial. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
