Ordered a delivery forgot the garlic naan. Chicken Pakora came cold and the Tikka burnt.. Won't be ordering again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Restaurant marked food as ready for delivery 20 mins after ordering, an hour after ordering still no food so called them. Tried to query how food was marked ready for so long and the guy on the phone wouldnt let me speak and just kept saying "its coming now its coming now". 15 minutes later he calls me back saying "the drivers car broke down" and said he would get another driver to bring the food, that had been sat in its packaging for probably about an hour by this point. Realising i wasnt getting anywhere i tried telling them to refund me and he kept cutting me off and talking over the top of me saying "it will come now i send him now" so i told them to keep their stinkin food and hung up. Things like this always happen late at night after a long day of work... Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
