We always strive for consistency across our dishes, so it is disappointing to hear about your experience with the oxtail pho. We will absolutely review our portioning with our kitchen team to ensure our large bowls offer the value and consistency our guests expect. Additionally, a 30-minute wait for your main course and 45 minutes for an appetizer is certainly not the standard of service we aim for.
