Our server, Anita was incredibly friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed their Chicken BAO sandwich & tacos, which was cooked to perfection, really delicious. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, with attention to detail in the decor. Amazing food & fantastic service. Best new place in town hands down! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went to Miss Ivy a couple of weeks ago for cocktails with a group of friends. We sat at the bar and all ordered margaritas, specifically requesting Casamigos tequila. Unfortunately, the drinks did not taste like Casamigos at all — they were extremely sweet and not enjoyable. When I went to use the restroom, I was shocked by how dirty it was. It smelled terrible and clearly hadn’t been properly maintained. After seeing the condition of the bathroom, I didn’t feel comfortable ordering food. On top of that, after the bartender served our drinks, they didn’t check back on us for about 30 minutes. The overall experience felt neglected and unprofessional. Then this past week, I noticed the windows were boarded up following reports of a recent shooting at the location. As someone who just moved to the area, that was very concerning to see. Combined with my previous experience, the atmosphere does not feel welcoming or safe. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Service: Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
