I went to mixylicious guildford today around 5:45pm (july 15). I ordered beef kaldereta and when I open it you can’t even tell It’s kaldereta at all. I’ve been calling the store 4 times and wanted to call again and again but no one is answering. I want to go back to have refund but I’m too far just to get my $15 back. Really wanted to try this place. Ordered the pork adobo on rice, paid at 2:43 pm. They gave me a buzzer to let me know when my food will be ready. At 3:11 I went to ask about my order. After about 5 min of searching because I was given a buzzer but no receipt, but had the payment showing on my phone, they realized they missed my order. Them asked if I could wait another 20 min. I said no, made them give me a refund since it would mean I waited an hour for food court meal?! Didn't offer me anything just as a gesture of good will or a refund, I had to ask for it. Never going back. Ya awesome father's day when I can't even get a simple meal. Price per person: CA$10–20 Service: 1
