Ordered via uber at 17:51 The restaurant accepted order then blamed uber at 8pm when was cancelled. I understand uber is the agent but the restaurant also should investigate and speak to customer if it looks like uber cant get a driver. Unacceptable.service from restaurant. Go somewhere else.Has to be the worst experience, ordered at 20:50 for a hungry family an £100 order. Updates pushing the Delivery back later and later from 21:30 and the cancelled at 22:20 it closed at 22:00 so did not answer calls. Zero accountability and zero care. AVOID if you want to be fed!!!
