Phoned the restaurant at 11pm and the woman told me it was still there and hadn't been sent although Id had a text to state it was on the way at 1015pm. So I'm assuming the food had sat there wrapped and sent 3 hrs later.
Definitely will not use these again.
I appreciate restaurants and takeaways get busy, but just a word of advice.
Rather than telling the customer you now have to work till 2am when you were supposed to close at 11.. get an order management system in place and honour the orders that come in before you overloaded yourself. Just an idea?
Id have given this less than one star but the option wasn't there.
