Had a lovely Italian themed meal here, the staff and students were excellent and super professional. Would defo recommend to come along, plus it's nice to support the students! I got served by students Wren and Molly they were super friendly and able to accommodate to my allergies, which was great! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Been before and it has been amazing. Last night not so great. Waiting staff did actually throw my individual bill attached to a little wooden board onto the table next to me and 'heres you bill'. Earlier 2 of our party almost wore the soup and we had to hold our wine and water glasses as item were continually being removed before diners had finished. Another one of her party almost had her mocktail glass removed while still having some in it and when picking up their coffee cup to drink had their saucer removed. It felt like one mad rush. Wine had to be put back into the bottle as didn't have time to finish it Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

However, we're sorry that the service on this occasion did not meet the standard you have experienced with us previously, and we apologise for the rushed nature of the evening that you described. Morels is a student-run training restaurant, and while our learners are closely supervised, it's a live learning environment where mistakes can sometimes occur.
