I recently visited Morena Belgravia, tucked away in Victoria, and it turned out to be one of the most delightful café experiences I’ve had in London. It felt like the kind of café where you could enjoy a casual brunch with friends, have a solo coffee break, or even sit down with a laptop and work for a while. For food, I ordered the avocado toast and the chicken burrito, and paired them with their strawberry matcha. The avocado toast was simple yet beautifully executed — fresh, creamy avocado spread generously over perfectly toasted sourdough, topped with a light garnish that gave it a subtle but refreshing flavor kick. It’s the kind of dish that can often feel basic, but here it really stood out in its balance and quality. The chicken burrito was hearty and satisfying. It had the right mix of flavors — the chicken was tender and well-seasoned, the fillings balanced without being overwhelming, and the wrap itself was soft and easy to cut into.
