Bardzo dobre jedzenie ryba świeża i frytki pyszne polecam. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

The sausage & fish were nice, curry sauce was nice, but the chips were anaemic and soggy. The girl serving was miserable, I had two young kids with me, I asked for a bag as I had my baby on my hip & holding my other child’s hand & there was a bit to carry & it was as if it was effort for her to get a bag for me. Not very friendly & no smiles. Sadly won’t be going back there, such a shame as it used to be a lovely place. Replying to the owners reply My apologies I have edited it now as she didn’t roll her eyes, but it was basically like she did, in her body language, like she wanted to. She wasn’t friendly or smiley, which its very important to act friendly & smiley in that industry, especially when you’re front of house! It felt like an effort for her to give me a bag when she could see I had my hands full, I would have happily paid for the bag if she asked. I actually gave you 3 stars for your food, and service 1 star, atmosphere 1 star. We came in yesterday afternoon just before you closed for lunch. The chips are a big part of ‘Fish & Chips’ & your chips aren’t great anymore, they were soggy & anaemic, such a shame as you used to be my go to fish & chip shop as your chips used to be the best! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Can you give any more details on the member of staff please? I don’t know any of our staff who might roll their eyes? We’ve got an excellent team at the moment so I’d like to do some investigating. Thank you, might you reconsider the 1 star if the sausage and fish was nice? A one star feels extreme and really does a lot of damage. Popular with locals for easy parking - cheap restaurant. Take away is expensive but bland. Fish, cod, was dry. Batter was soggy, maybe 10% of it was crispy. Chips were below par: soggy, maybe 3% of then crispy. Of you like McDs, you might be happy here but I would never go back. Staff were polite. Premises were clean. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
