We visited this morning, Sunday 31/05, at around 10am. Having one person to take orders, serve food and cook is not right! The lady serving looked like she was going to have a mental breakdown, but she was doing the best that she could! The self service till to order on your own wasn’t working and the queue for orders just kept getting longer. She then had to leave people waiting to be served so she could go cook and serve. Unfortunately we ended up with undercooked chips and my partner asked for no eggs as he is allergic, we actually think that eggs were put on the plate and then removed as his mouth started swelling up and he was coming up in blisters. Luckily he’s not severely allergic. I also ordered a hot chocolate but all that came out of the machine was milk and water, I didn’t dare tell her incase it pushed her over the edge. A minimum of 3 people is needed, it’s way too much for one person to do. Or at least have the self service machine working so people can order on there. People were walking out because they were waiting too long to be served. Very disappointing experience but we in no way blame the lady serving, she looked so stressed, the cafe needs more staff! Unfortunately we won’t be returning to this Morrisons cafe in the future. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

when attended after 17.05 said now not taking orders! this has happened 2 weeks on the trot on Wednesdays
