Went into Morrisons cafe Falkirk on Monday 21/5/21 at around 5pm. It was quite empty . I ordered what is always consistently very good - chicken tikka BUT it was the worst I've ever had & if I want that hungry I would have sent it back. The plate was cold & there was only 4 bits of chicken, the rice was like warm & the nan bread which is always 100% was over cooked - dry, tough & hard & I had to leave it. So I ges the original cook wasn't there & with hardly anyone in their cafe it took ages to come. 1/7/24 Back in again after 3 yrs & you may have read many very bad reviews & no wonder. My granddaughter told me she had a lovely meal in there & her plate ️ came piping hot & you know me I like my food served up on a hot plate. You can all see what I opted for & it all was served up on hot plates & as usual I forgot my utensils & the very pleasant Mandy whose in with the brickwork went & got them for me. After my lovely & I went back up & ordered my sweet apple crumble with plenty of wershy apples in it & lovely tasting quite thick custard & again I forgot my spoon & Anthony the tall pleasant student guy went & brought me one over & everything I ate in there gets a 10/10. The only other food establishment that got a 10/10 was the Westfield cafe in the football stadium in Falkirk & that was for their breakfast & you car read all about in my Google review a few months ago.

This cafe is disgusting white coffee cups were absolutely filfy and staff very unhelpful stay clear is very unhygienic
