The worst experience I've had at a Morrisons Cafe, especially compared to a positive experience at the Stamford branch a couple of days earlier. I came for lunch with my mum who is gluten free. There were lots of options unavailable on the electronic menu but she chose the chicken skewers and chips. But then a very grumpy staff member told us that they were out of chips. At lunchtime. My mum had a breakfast but was refused a gluten free roll, which she had been offered at the other cafe. I had to go into the Morrisons store to buy some gluten free rolls for her (staff in the store were very helpful in comparison). By the time I returned my meal had arrived and was going cold. Some people are not cut out for customer service and the staff here are a prime example. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rude staff, they like swearing and gossiping about customers, everything is microwaved in the kitchen and even the eggs come pre poached!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went in for a quick breakfast. Staff were nowhere to be seen. When we placed our order, there was no "Good Morning", just met with kurtness and when the food was delivered she said what it was and slammed in front of us. Again in a Kurt manner. Please if you're not enjoying the job find something you enjoy. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10
