Really disappointed with the service at Morrisons Café in Swinton. There’s a staff member called Tracy who’s accused me of stealing several times, even though I’d already paid — with her! She’s rude and has no people skills whatsoever. It’s honestly put me off going there again every time she is in, it gives me anxiety- today I wasn’t accused of stealing but was told I couldn’t take my drink out and had to “Stand there” and drink it it was a takeaway cup? There was another occasion there was next to no drinks so I purchased one from the store and was told I couldn’t drink it I’ve never had issues with any of the other staff, Rita in particular is LOVELY! I just feel a constant target for Tracy whenever I come to the cafe. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
