The owner was very welcoming, and the service was exceptionally friendly. The food was delicious, but the Lamb Vindaloo was the standout—it was absolutely exquisite and full of rich, authentic flavor. Highly recommended!. Price per person: £20–30

Recently visited Mountview with my Friends and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome – no fuss, just warm hospitality. We started with the momos, which were beautifully steamed and perfectly seasoned. Then we shared the lamb curry and chicken dal makhani, both cooked to perfection. The spices were well-balanced, the meat was tender, and the sauces had real depth and flavour. The naan was soft and pillowy – exactly how it should be. What really impressed us was the overall experience. The restaurant is clean and comfortable with a nice ambiance that doesn't feel over the top. The background music was at just the right level so we could have a proper conversation. server knew the menu really well and gave us excellent recommendations when we were deciding. Prices are fair for the quality you're getting, which is refreshing. This is authentic Nepalese and Indian cooking done right. Will definitely be back soon and would highly recommend to anyone in London looking for genuine flavours and good hospitality. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a great experience at Mountain View Greenwitch. The food was genuinely impressive — we tried the momo and the mixed grill, and both were excellent. The momos were fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked, while the mixed grill was generous and packed with a really nice variety of well-seasoned meats. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was friendly throughout. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re in the area. Highly recommend!
