Was looking for something different in the food court and found this gem. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. Was looking for some Indian food and the butter chicken and lamb Rogan josh were excellent. Wonderful vegetable samosas and the garlic naan was perfect. Gonna come again next time. I recently visited Butter Chicken Roti - Fairview Mall and had an incredibly frustrating experience. I ordered Chana Kulcha but was given Chana Bhatura instead, which I dislike. When I requested an exchange, the server refused and insisted on placing another order for Kulcha. To my dismay, I was informed that even the new order would be frozen. Despite my dissatisfaction, the cashier claimed that the order was taken correctly and blamed me, stating that Chana Kulcha and Chana Bhatura sound completely different. I felt unheard and dismissed, with no attempt to rectify the mistake or offer a refund. It's disheartening to see a lack of accountability from the restaurant staff. Instead of addressing their error, they shifted the blame onto the customer. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and tarnished my dining experience. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and prioritizes customer satisfaction in the future.
